Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will lead customer acquisitions, drive high-ticket residential/commercial closures, and manage end-to-end sales funnels. Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Convert high-quality inbound leads and property inquiries into successful closures through consultation, site visits, and strong negotiation.
Site Presentation: Conduct professional site visits, presenting the project’s unique value propositions, layouts, and financial benefits to HNIs and premium buyers.
Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline daily, ensuring structured follow-ups with prospective buyers.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Gurgaon's dynamic real estate trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming infrastructure updates (e.g., Golf Course Extension, Dwarka Expressway, New Gurgaon).
Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners to generate referrals.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
