About this role
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing real estate sales team. In this role, you will balance two critical priorities: driving your team to crush their monthly targets and stepping in directly to ensure high-ticket closures. You will translate company targets into actionable daily metrics for your team and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 4–7 Sales Executives. Conduct daily morning huddles to align on targets, review pipelines, and unblock challenges.
Driving Closures: Accompany team members on critical client meetings and site visits. Step in to negotiate and close complex or high-value deals.
Performance Monitoring: Track team metrics daily (calls made, site visits scheduled, conversions achieved). Provide constructive, real-time feedback and coaching.
Pipeline Strategy: Ensure the team maintains a healthy, structured pipeline inside the CRM. Monitor follow-up quality and prevent lead leakage.
Onboarding & Training: Help onboard new hires, training them on product pitches, objection handling, and local market dynamics.
Skills: Strong data-driven approach to sales (CRM tracking), excellent negotiation strategies, and the emotional intelligence to manage diverse personalities.
Communication: Sharp, persuasive communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: Competitive monthly fix (commensurate with experience and past team-handling track record).
Incentives: Dual-layer commission structure—lucrative overrides on total team performance + direct incentives on personal closures.
Perks: Travel/fuel allowances, mobile reimbursement, and a clear path toward regional leadership.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time

2. Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local real estate landscape, premium property trends, and dominant growth corridors.
3. Leadership Style: Lead-by-example mindset. You shouldn't just manage from a desk; you should be willing to jump on calls or visit sites to show the team how it's done.
